The story behind the smiles
Ajooni Smiles exists because dental visits shouldn't feel like a transaction. Here's what we built instead.

Founded on an unfashionable idea
Most dental offices optimise for throughput. We optimised for the opposite: longer appointments, a schedule that runs on time because it isn't overbooked, and a rule that no treatment is ever proposed before you understand the why, the options, and the price.
The name Ajooni carries the idea of something enduring — fitting, because that's the kind of dentistry we practice. Conservative work, honest advice, and relationships measured in decades, not visits.
- Unhurried, on-time appointments
- Conservative, evidence-based dentistry
- Transparent Alberta Fee Guide pricing
- The same familiar faces, visit after visit
A space that lowers your shoulders
Walk in and you'll notice what's missing: the clinical chill, the fluorescent glare, the waiting-room dread. Warm light, quiet treatment rooms, ceiling views, blankets, and headphones come standard. Modern equipment — digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, gentle electric handpieces — works quietly in the background.
Comfort isn't a luxury add-on here; it's the operating system. Nervous patients get extra time and sedation options. Kids get patience and play. Everyone gets a say in the pace.

A few things people ask first

What insurance do you accept?+
Nearly all major Canadian dental plans, billed directly, plus the Canadian Dental Care Plan. We follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide, so pricing is standard and predictable.
