Welcome — let's make this easy
Everything you need to know before your first visit: what happens, what to bring, what it costs, and how we make nervous patients comfortable.

Your first visit, demystified
Plan for about an hour. We'll chat about your history and any concerns, complete a thorough exam with digital X-rays, and in most cases finish with a cleaning. Then we sit down — upright, no instruments — and walk through what we found in plain language.
You leave with a clear picture of your oral health, a prioritised plan (including what can safely wait), and exact pricing. What you won't get: pressure, guilt, or surprise bills.
- Comprehensive exam + digital X-rays
- Cleaning at the same visit when possible
- Plain-language findings review
- Written plan with upfront pricing
How it works
Online or by phone — new patients usually get in within the week, same day for emergencies.
Photo ID, your insurance or CDCP card, and a list of medications. That's it.
History, exam, X-rays, cleaning, and an honest conversation about what we found.
Priorities, options, and prices in writing — you set the pace from there.
New-patient questions
Do I need to arrive early?+
About ten minutes for a quick form — or save even that by completing it online when you book. Coffee's on us either way.
Can you transfer my records from my old dentist?+
Yes — sign one consent form and we request X-rays and records directly, usually before your appointment.
What will my first visit cost?+
With typical insurance, most new-patient exams and cleanings are covered at or near 100%. Without insurance, we quote the Fee Guide rate when you book — no surprises either way.
Can my whole family book together?+
Please do — back-to-back family blocks (including weekends) are our specialty. One trip, everyone done.
Ready when you are
Book online in under a minute, or call and talk to a human. Either way, we can't wait to meet you.
