Not every wisdom tooth needs to go — some erupt straight and stay cleanable for life. But teeth that are impacted, tilted into their neighbours, trapping food, or cycling through infections are only ever going to get harder to remove as their roots mature and the jaw densifies.
We assess with panoramic or 3D imaging, map nerves and sinuses, and give you a straight recommendation: monitor, or remove. If removal is the call, sedation options and a detailed recovery plan make the experience far calmer than its reputation.

Questions, answered
Does everyone need their wisdom teeth out?+
No — and we'll tell you if yours can stay. Removal is for teeth that are impacted, damaging neighbours, uncleanable, or repeatedly infected. Monitoring is a legitimate plan when they're behaving.
What's recovery really like?+
Plan for 2–4 quiet days: swelling peaks around day two, soft foods rule the menu, and most people are back to work or school within three to five days. Our aftercare sheet makes it hard to go wrong.
What is dry socket and how do I avoid it?+
It's when the healing clot dislodges, exposing bone — painful but preventable. Skip straws, smoking, and vigorous rinsing for the first few days; follow the plan and your odds are excellent.
