What we collect
To provide dental care we collect contact details, health histories, insurance information, clinical records, and imaging. Our website itself collects no personal information unless you submit it through a form, and uses no advertising trackers.
How it's used
Your information is used solely to deliver and coordinate your care, process insurance claims (including CDCP claims through Sun Life), meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, and communicate with you about appointments and treatment.
Protection and access
Records are stored securely, accessed only by team members involved in your care, and never sold or shared for marketing. You may request access to your records, corrections, or transfer to another provider at any time — one signed form does it.
